The Racer X bushings are designed to reduce shifter effort and increase feedback during shifting. These bushings are CNC turned from 6061-T6 aluminum and use Teflon spherical bearings to allow for smooth rotation and cable articulation that is introduced during shifting. The OEM bushings are comprised of rubber and bronze filled linings, which reduces feedback and prevents the cable heads from rotating.
