Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Excludes Pre-orders and back ordered items.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges estimated for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Flat rate shipping: We offer $3.80 flat rate shipping on all stickers/ vinyl for continental USA

Free shipping: over $99 for continental USA

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia, and non-continental USA

At this time, we do not ship to out side of Canada Australia, and non-continental/continental USA. If you would like to purchase products and are outside of our shipping area. Please contact us for a custom quote and see if shipping to you is available. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Limit+1 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@limitplus1.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

It is the purchasers responsibility to inspect items upon delivery. We require you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any damaged or missing parts. After 48 hours it is the purchasers liability.

Any damage claims are to be filed with the shipping company within 48 hours. 

Any orders with signature confirmation require products to be inspected prior to signing.
