Cancellations
No cancellations on custom or special order products.
No cancellations after 30 days of purchase/invoice.
All cancellations made PRIOR to shipment are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee deducted from the total refund.
All cancellations made AFTER an order has shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the total refund upon return and inspection of the item.
Returns
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of shipment on new products that have not been installed or removed from their original packaging.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the total refund upon return and inspection of the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
*Shipping amount from LIMIT+1 to the customer is non refundable once the product ships.
Note: If a partial return is requested on an order that qualifies for free shipping, or promotional discounts, the difference will be deducted from the refund *if the order no longer qualifies.
No refunds on tuning once a tune as been sent.
Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
We DO NOT accept returns or refund items that have been installed.
We DO NOT accept returns on custom build and special order products.
A refund will not be issued for installed, deformed, or customer-damaged items. LIMIT+1 is not liable for returned items lost or damaged during transit. You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected.
Upon approval, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to post with your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@limitplus1.com
Return of an item does not guarantee a refund.
We hold the right to deny any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges at our discretion.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items
Custom products (such as special order or personalized items) are final sale.
Consumable Parts, Fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid etc.), Hazardous Materials, and Flammable Liquids are not eligible for return.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Damaged Items
Reports of damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for review.
Please inspect your order upon reception to ensure everything is correct. Contact us immediately at info@limitplus1.com if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong so we can assess the situation. Please provide your name, order number, and any additional information or photos.
