Right hand & left hand tracks with 220 mm of fore/aft travel
M6x20mm bolts to secure the upper track to the seat frame
M8x20 hex head bolts and/or 4 M8x20 Allen bolts to secure the lower track to an adapter/base frame/floor structure
Washers for the bolts are included
Inside release lever
