Twin Needle System

• The newly developed "TNS (Twin Needle System)" controls the damping force on the extension side and compression side entirely independently. With the compression independent passage, 24 stages of extension side x 24 stages of compression side, 576 ways of damping force adjustment can be realized without a sub-tank. Delicate settings are possible for all road surface conditions and tire conditions (heat generation, wear, etc.).

Full Length Tapped Height Adjustable Case

• The damper body case is fully tapped to allow maximum height adjustment, separately from the spring preloads. Because damper stroke range can be positioned independently the stroke range can remain ideal against the spring regardless of height setting, thereby enhancing the handling limits as well as securing a compliant ride and suspension functionality

Cusco Sport "Blue Springs"

• Cusco "BLUE" Springs are utilized for high level of compliance and consistency in motorsports driving conditions.

Inverted Piston Design

• Inverted Piston Design is used on all McPherson strut type applications to aid in extra durability and precision due to the fact that these suspension designs require the dampers not only to function but also are part of suspension structural integrity.

Camber-Adjustable Pillow Upper Mount

• A camber-adjustable pillow upper mount is used on the strut-type front, and a camber-fixed pillow upper mount is also available. A newly developed CC pillow upper mount (camber/caster independent adjustment type) is available as an option for some front strut-type models.
