It has been independently tested to meet NHTSA and DOT SAE J385 upper torso belt anchorage load standards, ensuring it can withstand the high forces encountered during aggressive driving and track use.

The bar mounts to the vehicle’s factory seat belt mounting points, requiring no welding or permanent chassis modification. Installation is straightforward, though minor interior trimming is required to allow the bar to pass through the rear interior panels. Once installed, it provides correct shoulder belt geometry to help reduce driver fatigue, limit belt movement, and improve overall restraint performance under braking and cornering loads.
