Overview

The Girodisc 2-piece rotor system is engineered to reduce unsprung and overall vehicle weight while significantly improving braking performance and thermal capacity. In addition to weight savings, this upgrade increases rotor diameter from 295mm to 316mm, enhancing braking leverage and heat management.

This performance improvement is achieved through advanced two-piece construction. The central “hat” is precision-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-spec aluminum, while the rotor ring is manufactured from high-quality cast iron built to professional racing standards. The result is a lightweight, durable, and thermally efficient braking solution suitable for both street and track use.
