    LAND CRUISER BRAKES

    Land Cruiser Brakes FAQs

For the 2024 and newer Land Cruiser we carry brake pads from EBC, PowerStop and Carbotech. For a Land Cruiser that tows or carries a heavy overland load, the PowerStop Z36 Truck & Tow pads and EBC Extra Duty pads are the compounds built for that kind of use, while the EBC Greenstuff and PowerStop Z17 Evo Ceramic pads are street replacement options.

For harder driving, EBC Yellowstuff and Bluestuff pads and the Carbotech 1521 front pad are also available. Whatever pad you choose, fresh high temperature brake fluid is a sensible addition for a vehicle that sees long descents under load.

If your factory rotors are within spec and not warped or cracked, there is no need to replace them early. When they are due, our current Land Cruiser rotor listings are EBC rear rotors in three styles: RK Premium as an OE style replacement, GD Sport, and USR Slotted.

Replace rotors in axle pairs and bed in new pads after installation. If you need front rotors or a genuine Toyota rotor, contact us to check availability.

Every product page lists the model years, trims, and drivetrain configurations the part is built for, and every collection on this site is organized by platform. If your vehicle carries other modifications, or you are between model years or trims, send us your year, trim, and current setup before ordering and we will confirm fitment.

Orders are processed within one to five business days, excluding weekends, holidays, pre-orders, and backordered items. Orders over $199 ship free within the continental United States by ground service, excluding freight items. We also ship to Canada, Australia, and non-continental US destinations, where import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Toyota Land Cruiser Brakes, Pads, and Rotors

This collection covers Land Cruiser brake pads and rotors for the 250 series platform.

Brake demand climbs with every accessory a Land Cruiser carries. Bumpers, sliders, racks, drawers, water, and larger tires add mass and rotating inertia the factory system was sized around without them, and the first symptom is usually a soft pedal partway down a long descent with the vehicle loaded. An upgraded pad compound and fresh high temperature fluid address most of it without hardware changes.
