From there, GiroDisc or dba rotors reduce unsprung weight and manage heat better than the factory rotors. A big brake kit from AP Racing or Brembo is worth considering once you are running sticky tires or seeing fade on a proper track pad.

Usually not right away. The factory calipers handle track duty well once pads, fluid, and lines are upgraded. An AP Racing Radi-CAL ENP Competition Brake Kit or Brembo Race BBK makes sense once you are running sticky tires, have added a turbo/supercharger, or still see pedal fade on a proper track compound.
