New, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of shipment, subject to a 25 percent restocking fee, with return shipping paid by the customer. Installed parts, custom and special order items, fluids, and other consumables are not eligible for return, and tuning is non refundable once a tune file has been sent.
