PWR’s updated performance intercooler for the 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla is engineered to deliver exceptional charge air cooling performance while dramatically reducing weight compared to traditional bar-and-plate designs. Manufactured entirely in-house at our USA facility, this intercooler features a high-efficiency 4.6" thick tube-and-fin core designed to provide excellent heat rejection, low pressure drop, and improved airflow characteristics for both street and track applications.

Despite its substantial 4.6" core thickness, the intercooler weighs only 10 lbs, making it significantly lighter than comparable bar-and-plate intercoolers while still providing the cooling capacity required for aggressive driving and increased boost levels. The optimized internal fin design promotes efficient thermal transfer and airflow through the core, helping reduce intake air temperatures, minimize heat soak, and maintain consistent power delivery during repeated hard use.

Designed for maximum flexibility, the intercooler comes standard with 2" hose barb inlet and outlet connections for use with aftermarket charge piping. For customers retaining the factory charge pipes, silicone reducer couplers are included to allow straightforward integration with the OEM plumbing.
